उच्य शिक्षा के बदलते सोपान

 उच्य शिक्षा के बढ़ते सोपानों में आज की युवा पीढ़ी और परिवारों में एक होड़ सी लगी है कि कोण उच्य शिक्षा संसथान अच्छी रैंकिंग रखता है , किस देश में पढ़ाई अच्छी है, किस देश कि फीस कम है , किस देश में स्कालरशिप और जॉब कि संभावनाएं ज्यादा हैं और किस देश में सुरक्षा ज्यादा हैं।  अच्छी इंग्लिश शिक्षा कि बात  की जाय तो आज भी एशिया के लोगो के लिए मुख्यतया चार देश  अमेरिका, इंग्लैंड , कनाडा और ऑस्ट्रेलिया ही  प्रमुख  हैं।  एशिया में सिंगापुर और हांगकांग भी बहुतायत में स्टूडेंट्स को आकर्षित करते  रहे हैं।  इसका मुख्या कारण इन देशो में शिक्षा की भाषा इंग्लिश हैं।  

वहीं  एशियाई बड़े देश इंडिया और चीन अपनी अधिक जनसख्या के कारण अपने ही छात्रों के लिए यथोचित उच्य शिक्षा संसथान ने देने के कारण बाहरी छात्रों की उतना आकर्षित नहीं कर पाए हैं।  

लेकिन समय से साथ के अब भारत चीन के अलावा नीदरलैंड , जापान, नूज़ीलैण्ड , फ्रांस,  स्पेन , इटली , रूस आदि देश भी शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देकर विदेशी छात्रों को आकर्षित करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।  जिससे विदेशी छात्रों को आकर्षित करने वाले बड़े गोले (BUBBLE) अब शिफ्ट होते से लग रहे हैं । ये देखता बड़ा आश्चर्य चकित हैं कि जैसे जैसे , फीस, सुरक्षा, जॉब और लिविंग कॉस्ट बाद रही हैं छात्र और उनके परिवार शिक्षा संस्थानों में बदलाव कर रहे हैं।  

भविष्य कि सम्भावनाओ के देखते हुए जिस तरह से बाकि के देश अपने इंफ्रास्टक्टर को बढ़ा और अच्छा कर रहे हैं उससे लगता हैं कि ये ये शिक्षा के बड़े गोले (BUBBLE) अब शिफ्ट होंगे और ये परिवर्तन निरंतर चलता रहेगा जो देशो कि अर्थव्यवस्थाओं पर आने वाले समय में चोट करेगा।  समय कि जरूरत हैं कि शिक्षा स्टूडेंट्स फ्रेंडली हो और देश सीमाओं से इतर स्टूडेंट्स कि सुविधाओं और सुरक्षा पर ध्यान दें । समय बदलते देर नहीं होगी वैसे भी ये जनरेशन एक एकाकार दुनिआ कि तरफ बाद रही हैं जहाँ सीमाओं का बहुत महत्वा नहीं रह जायेगा पर सुविधाओं का स्थान सर्वोपरि होगा।  

शिक्षा बदलाव लाती हैं पर इन  बड़े गोले (BUBBLE) का अब शिफ्ट होना कई चेतावनियां और तैयारीआं भी साथ ला रहा हैं । भविष्य में वो देश शिक्षा के हब्ब बनेंगे जायँ अच्छी शिक्षा के साथ साथ जॉब सिक्योरिटी और ह्यूमन सिक्योरिटी दोनों होंगे।  

A shift in Educational Bubbles :

In the ever-expanding world of higher education, today's younger generation and their families seem to be caught in a race to identify which prestigious institutions hold top rankings, which countries offer quality education, where the tuition fees are more affordable, where scholarships and job opportunities are more abundant, and which countries are the safest. When it comes to quality English-medium education, four countries – the USA, the UK, Canada, and Australia – still dominate as the top choices for students from Asia. In Asia itself, Singapore and Hong Kong have consistently attracted a significant number of students due to their use of English as the medium of instruction.

 

However, larger Asian countries like India and China, despite their vast populations, have not been able to attract as many foreign students due to a lack of sufficient high-quality institutions catering even to their own students. Over time, though, beyond India and China, countries like the Netherlands, Japan, New Zealand, France, Spain, Italy, and Russia are making significant strides in promoting education and attempting to attract more international students. It seems that the "big bubble" of countries traditionally attracting foreign students is starting to shift.

 

It is fascinating to observe how, as tuition fees, safety concerns, job opportunities, and the cost of living continue to rise, students and their families are rethinking their choices of educational institutions. Given the future possibilities, many other countries are enhancing and upgrading their infrastructure in a way that suggests this shift in the "big education bubble" is inevitable. This constant change will have a lasting impact on the economies of many nations in the future. It is essential for education systems to become more student-friendly, and for countries to prioritize student amenities and security over rigid national boundaries. 

 

The shift won't take long, as this generation is moving towards a globalized world where borders will hold less significance, but amenities will be of utmost importance. Education brings about change, but this shift in the "big education bubble" also brings with it several warnings and the need for preparations. In the future, those countries that can provide both high-quality education along with job security and human security will emerge as the true educational hubs of the world.
